A leading provider of product security solutions faced significant challenges with their existing Track and Trace system, designed for use by their clients' admin. The system lacked the required verification settings and adequate security measures for both the business entities (users) and their associated products. As a result, the system was unable to provide reliable visual verification on success or failure and to report and redirect based on the authentication result.
What We Did
Primus successfully upgraded the client’s Track and Trace system by introducing several critical features. We implemented a customized visual verification setting for their business entities and associated products. This enabled the admin user to customize the verification process and display specific failure or success messages based on authentication outcomes.
Additionally, primus integrated two-factor authentication across both web and mobile platforms, including Android and iOS, for labels and hangtags. This multi-layered security approach strengthened product verification and greatly improved user experience by providing a more secure and seamless system interaction.
